US instance users may have noticed the Send Email connector versions 3.0 and below may have appeared to execute successfully, however emails may have not actually been sent. A workaround for this issue is to upgrade to version 4.1 of this connector. We have identified the issue with connector version 3.0 and below and are currently investigating a potential resolution.
