The issue began at approximately on Oct 5, 2018 at 4:30 PM UTC and it was resolved the same day at approximately 10:20 PM UTC. This issue was caused due to Microsoft Azure having issues with their authentication service. However, there was no impact on LastPass functionalities.  Our Vendor has confirmed that the issue has been resolved and impacted services are back to normal.
