Users will experience limited functionality for router logs & webhook notifications. Please note for webhook destinations the customers wouldn't be able to create, update, or delete Alert webhook destinations for new or existing Alert rules using NCM UI or V2 API's. For webhook notifications - all webhook deliveries will be paused and automatically resumed once the maintenance is complete, no deliveries will be lost and any deliveries pending during the maintenance window will be processed after the downtime. For router logs - The customers wouldn't be able to download using NCM UI or fetch router logs using V2 API's, all the logs generated during the maintenance window will not be lost & will be processed and made available after the maintenance window. Also, during this subsystem maintenance all devices will continue to operate normally, connects to NetCloud Manager and users will be able to access NetCloud Manager.

Users will experience limited functionality for radio device management, network visibility, and CBRS spectrum radios(using Domain Proxy (DP)) during this window. Customers will not be able to push configuration changes, firmware upgrades, or execute commands on managed radio devices (APs) during this window. All pending changes will be automatically applied once maintenance is complete and no changes will be lost. Radios routed through the Domain Proxy will lose their spectrum grants and stop transmitting during this window. Radios (Example: Baicells) configured for Direct SAS will continue transmitting normally. All radios will automatically re-register and resume normal operation once maintenance is complete. Customers will not be able to create, update, or delete networks, radio/cells, SIM cards, or other PCN resources using NCM UI or APIs during this window. Real-time device status, KPI metrics, and alert notifications for radio devices will be unavailable during this window. A gap will appear in metrics dashboards and alert history for this period — no data is lost and all metrics will resume after maintenance is complete. Customers may see a burst of false offline alerts shortly after the maintenance window ends as the system catches up — these can be safely dismissed. Also, during this subsystem maintenance, users will be able to access NetCloud Manager.

It also allows specifying split DNS configuration in NetCloud Manager Groups, preventing them from being overridden by NetCloud Exchange configuration. Specified NetCloud Exchange split DNS domains and servers are no longer visible when editing an individual router's configuration in NetCloud Manager. While the router’s DNS service restarts and applies the update, DNS queries can fail for 2-3 seconds. Tunnels and non-DNS traffic are unaffected.
