Normal data refreshes will resume the following day, May 18. There is minimal risk of data loss or corruption during this process in either the Chord OMS itself or in the Chord Analytics Stack. This upgrade and the associated downtime is necessary to take advantage of new features, performance improvements, bug fixes, and operational cost improvements in the database that backs Chord OMS.
